our commitment to quality:

Certified wood & Regulations background

Our commitment to excellence starts with the materials we choose, that’s why we predominantly use beechwood and plywood with beech veneer for our premium products, and rubberwood, pinewood and MDF for more cost- effective options.

To build a sustainable future, we use only PEFC & FSC-certified wood and water-based paints, supporting responsible forest management in everything we create.

FSC certification ensures that wood and paper products come from responsibly managed forests that are environmentally sustainable, socially beneficial and economically viable. It helps prevent illegal logging and promotes conservation of biodiversity and respect for local communities.
We currently use FSC-certified rubberwood, pinewood and MDF. Our factory will be FSC-certified by January 2025.
PEFC ensures products are made from sustainably sourced wood or paper, originating from responsibly managed forests. It guarantees that materials are harvested in ways that protect biodiversity, respect local communities and maintain ecological balance.
PEFC-certified products are traceable, with rigorous checks to ensure environmental and social standards are met.
We currently use PEFC-certified beechwood in our products.

Environmental Responsibility

Sustainable Choice: Rubberwood is harvested from rubber trees that have completed their latex-producing cycle, making it an eco-friendly option.

Recyclability: By utilizing rubberwood, we minimize waste and promote sustainable forestry practices.

User Safety

Non-toxic and Safe: Like beechwood, rubberwood is non-toxic, making it a safe material for baby furniture and toys.

Smooth Finish: Rubberwood’s smooth texture ensures there are no rough edges, making it baby-friendly.

Functional Benefits

Stability: Rubberwood is less prone to warping and shrinking, ensuring long-lasting stability for our products.

Affordability: While being more cost-effective, rubberwood does not compromise on quality, making it perfect for our lower-end product range.

The Advantages of Pinewood

Safety: Pinewood is lightweight yet sturdy, making it a safe choice for baby furniture.

Natural Look: The natural light color of pinewood is yellowish with visible knots and a more casual, rustic appearance. This adds a touch of warmth and simplicity to baby furniture, creating a cozy environment for little ones.

Environmentally Friendly: Pinewood is a sustainable choice for eco-conscious parents. These trees are harvested in cycles that allow for regrowth and regeneration, minimizing environmental impact and supporting ongoing forest health.

Affordability: Pinewood is an affordable wood because pine trees grow quickly, are widely available and are easier to harvest and process compared to slower-growing hardwoods.

Ease of Maintenance: Pinewood can be easily cleaned and maintained, ensuring that baby furniture stays in good condition for years to come.

Durability: While pinewood is classified as a softwood, it is surprisingly durable and can withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, despite being more susceptible to dents.

Versatility: Pine wood is easy to work with, allowing for intricate designs and customization in baby furniture pieces.

The Advantages of Plywood

High durability: Plywood, made from multiple layers of veneer bonded together, offers a strong structure and better load-bearing capacity compared to solid wood.

Stability and minimal warping: The layered construction of plywood makes it less prone to warping and swelling when exposed to moisture and changing environmental conditions.

Ease of processing and versatility in sizes: Plywood is easy to cut, drill, and shape into various forms without splitting or delamination.

Aesthetic appeal: Plywood takes well to painting, staining, and finishing, making it suitable for interior design and enhancing aesthetics.

Cost-effectiveness: Plywood is often more affordable than other building materials, helping to save costs in construction and design projects.

FSC Certification: Our plywood is FSC-certified, meaning it is sourced from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. We currently source our Plywood from Vietnam.

The Advantages of MDF

Smooth Surface and Uniformity: MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) has a consistent composition, providing a smooth surface ideal for painting, veneering, and laminating.

Ease of Machining: MDF can be easily cut, drilled and shaped without splintering, making it suitable for detailed designs and intricate applications.

Affordability: MDF is typically more cost-effective than solid wood or plywood, offering a budget-friendly solution without compromising quality.

Resistance to Warping and Cracking: Due to its uniform construction, MDF is less likely to warp or crack under temperature and humidity changes.

Eco-Friendliness: Made from recycled wood fibers, MDF contributes to waste reduction and supports sustainable practices.

FSC Certification: Our MDF is FSC-certified, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests that balance environmental, social and economic goals. We currently source MDF from Vietnam.
