Warranty extension to 3 years
The manufacturer Heinrich Geuther Kindermöbel & -geräte GmbH & Co. KG grants a warranty extension of 3 years for products of the current range registered via the website. The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the invoice date. The territorial scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide. The warranty refers to the absence of defects in the advertised product, including functionality, material or production defects.
Should a defect occur during the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services under this warranty at its option:
- repair of the goods free of charge or
- exchange of the goods for an equivalent item free of charge.

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods due to
- normal wear and tear
- improper handling
- non-observance of safety precautions
- use of force (e.g. blows)
- repair attempts by the customer
A prerequisite for claiming warranty service is that the guarantor is enabled to examine the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the goods). Care must be taken to avoid damage to the goods in transit by packing them securely. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the shipment of goods in order to enable the guarantor to check whether the warranty period has been observed. Without a copy of the invoice, the guarantor may reject the warranty claim. In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. the warrantor will reimburse any outbound shipping costs.
This manufacturer's warranty does not limit your statutory rights against us under the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise. The manufacturer's warranty therefore does not violate your statutory rights, but rather extends your legal position.
If the purchased item is defective, you may in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is invoked.
