Shipping costs and information

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. In certain cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping method of the order from DPD or DHL to freight forwarding. Important note on shipping by forwarding agent: delivery is made to the kerbside. The customer is responsible for transportation to the place of use/desired location and disposal of the packaging and pallet.

If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail ([email protected]) before placing an order, stating the item, quantity and delivery address with the country and corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

Shipping within Germany

Up to a gross value of 120,- Euro the shipping costs are 6,95 Euro. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 120,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

Shipping costs with a forwarding agent start from € 59.99. The shipping costs depend on the weight, you can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart, as soon as you have selected the country of delivery. Delivery is made to the kerbside. For delivery coordination, the telephone number in the ordering process is mandatory.

Our shipping costs depend on the weight, you can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart, as soon as you have selected the country of delivery.

For parcel shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, France are weight-dependent and start from 9,95 €.

For parcel shipping to Denmark, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic are weight-dependent and start from 39,95 €.

Orders that are shipped with a forwarding agent depend on the weight and start from:

Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands: 79,99 €
Denmark, France: 89,99 €

You can see the current shipping costs in the shopping cart, as soon as you have selected the country of delivery.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). When buying on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.

Sofort

Enter your bank details and your account will be debited automatically a few days later.

Prepayment by bank transfer

When paying in advance, you transfer the amount to us within seven calendar days. The goods are reserved for you for this period. The amount to be paid is made up of the value of the goods and any shipping and service costs incurred. All information about paying for your order can be found under My account. Please pay attention to the bank details and the purpose of the transfer. Once we have received your payment, we will process your order and you can see the current status in your customer account.

Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

Pay securely by manual bank transfer. We offer this payment option via our payment provider PayPal.

PayPal is an online payment service that is ideal for every buyer on the Internet. In addition to a high level of security, the buyer keeps track of every transaction via their personal PayPal account. Payments via PayPal are generally free of charge for buyers. Your PayPal account will be debited when the order is completed.

With iDEAL you pay for your order directly via online banking at one of the participating banks.

Invoice

(Only for companies and public institutions) Please note that this option is only available for companies and public institutions. By selecting this payment method, you confirm your role as a business customer and automatically agree to our specific General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for business customers. These T&Cs apply independently of the general T&Cs that are attached in a confirmation email. However, if you are shopping as a consumer or end customer and wish to pay by invoice, we recommend that you select the payment method "Klarna - purchase on account".

If the ordered products are available, Geuther Baby Products GmbH will deliver them within the delivery time specified for the product.
